Forward

Forward is a healthcare startup based in San Francisco, backed by Founders Fund, First Round, Khosla Ventures, Eric Schmidt, Marc Benioff, and others.

Forward offers subscription-based access to primary care, with an emphasis on preventative health. Empowered by technologies designed and built in-house, our doctors are able to provide a high-quality experience that is unparalleled in primary care.

As one of the three product designers, my focus has been on the consumer products: mobile apps, check-in station, and exam room smart screen. More recently, I designed products for Forward’s COVID-19 response and our launch of Forward At-Home.

Check-In Experience.

Instead of sitting in a waiting room with a clipboard, our members check-in for their visits via a tablet experience. It’s an opportunity to provide us with relevant information that their doctors should know about.

I designed and prototyped this using Figma and Principle.
